Paper Pumpkin is Stampin' Up's monthly subscription box. April’s "Change is Beautiful" kit included components for 9 cards—3 each of 3 different designs—along with matching envelopes. Kits always include an exclusive stamp set, a mini ink cube, embellishments, and adhesives.
The intended projects are always fun, but I love to find different ways to use the kits and show their versatility. I created a hidden flap card to show the caterpillar’s metamorphosis into a butterfly. It’s the same type of mechanism I’ve demonstrated before, but constructed a bit differently to fit into the smaller space. This was inspired by a concept card shared by Rob Kelly, who is a brilliant professional paper engineer.
Here's the tutorial if you'd like to make one:

May 10th is the last day to sign up for next month’s kit, called Celebrating in Color. There are supplies for cards that feature the new 2022-24 palette of In Colors, along with coordinating envelopes *and gift card holders*. The kit will feature an exclusive stamp set and includes a Stampin Spot in the Basic Gray color. If you‘re in the U.S. and would like to subscribe to Paper Pumpkin with me, I’ll send you a handmade thank you card, and I’ll be sure to let you know when I post new ideas!
