Haunts & Harvest #2

Paper Pumpkin is Stampin' Up's monthly subscription box. September’s "Haunts & Harvest" kit included components for 12 treat boxes—4 each of 3 different designs. As a bonus, the box can be assembled onto cute wheelbarrow! Kits always include an exclusive stamp set, a mini ink cube, embellishments, and adhesives.

The intended projects are always beautiful, but I love to find different ways to use the kits and show their versatility. For this alternative, I used the die cuts and saved the tissue paper that is used to wrap up the supplies.

If you like pop-ups, I think you’ll gobble 🦃 this up!

Measurements:

-Basic White Thick cardstock

  • 8-1/2” (W) x 5-1/2” (H), scored at 4-1/4” along the long side

-Basic White cardstock

  • 3-3/4” (W) x 5” (H)

-Pale Papaya cardstock

  • 4” (W) x 5-1/4” (H)

-Tissue paper

  • 14” (W) x 3-1/2” (H)

  • 14” (W) x 2-3/4” (H)

  • 14” (W) x 2” (H)

I really enjoyed making this card and hope you'll like it too! This kit is no longer available, but refills are (they do not include the stamp or ink cube).

October 10th is the last day to sign up for next month’s kit, called Peaceful Christmas. There are supplies for 10 cards—5 each of 2 designs. If you‘re in the U.S. and would like to subscribe to Paper Pumpkin with me, I’ll send you a handmade thank you card, and I’ll be sure to let you know when I post new ideas!
