Paper Pumpkin is Stampin' Up's monthly subscription box. July’s "Sending Good Thoughts” kit included components for 9 cards—3 each of 3 different designs—along with matching envelopes. Kits always include an exclusive stamp set, a mini ink cube, embellishments, and adhesives.
The intended projects are always fun, but I love to find different ways to use the kits and show their versatility. This month, I’ve made interactive versions of each of the 3 card designs.
For this first card, I used a craft knife to create a slit on the card front panel. This allows the message in the bottle to stay hidden until it’s pulled out!
Here's the tutorial if you'd like to make one:
Measurements:
-Basic White cardstock
2” (W) x 1/2” (H)
-Linen Thread

August 10th is the last day to sign up for next month’s kit, called Sweet Sunflowers. This kit will feature an exclusive 2-step stamp set and includes two Stampin’ Spots: Crushed Curry and Soft Suede. We’ll also get a free gift of 8 gold foil honeycomb sheets! If you‘re in the U.S. and would like to subscribe to Paper Pumpkin with me, I’ll send you a handmade thank you card, and I’ll be sure to let you know when I post new ideas!
